PMS Balance ingredients

  • Monk's Pepper: Each serving of our PMS formula contains 20 mg of monk's pepper. Studies have shown that, among other things, the essential oil contained in monk's pepper, together with the substances aucubin and agnuside, has a regulating effect on hormone balance.
